Catfish Charlie’s on the River in Dubuque, Iowa was established in 2005 and has become the Tri-State area’s premier waterfront restaurant. We offer casual dining in a spectacular setting! In fact, every seat in the house has a view of the Mississippi River. It’s not the view alone that makes Catfish unique, it’s our menu! Seafood is our specialty! Catfish Charlie’s offers a wide range of menu items: everything from appetizers to sandwiches, steaks, and the Dubuque Area’s largest seafood menu. Sunday Brunch on the deck is a favorite for many.
