Dr. Dover graduated from the University of Houston College of Optometry and has been practicing in Duncanville for over 35 years. He is very active in the community. He is a Fellow of the College of Optometry and Vision Development, as well as a charter member of the American Optometric Association Section on Contact Lenses. Dr. Dover is also a member of the Sports Vision Council. Dr. Dover is a member of the Duncanville Noon Lions Club and involved with Sight for Students, VSP.
