Grayson Dare Homes was incepted to create a different custom home building experience. After 20 years with national and regional builders, our President David Vines, sought a different path: Take the best purchasing and management philosophies from national builders and integrate them with our ability to completely customize your new home.

We wanted to combine the best of both worlds by building our custom homes in established neighborhoods in an environmentally friendly way. The result is a home that looks like it has always belonged while still being sustainable.
