After studying biology in college, I realized I no longer wanted to work in a laboratory. Instead, I wanted to connect with people face-to-face. Nutrition had always been a great interest of mine, and I jumped on the opportunity to become a dietitian so that I could mesh the two: working with clients to improve their health, through nutrition! My approach to patient care is to work with the client where they are. I feel that by understanding where a client is in their life right now, I am able to more effectively assist them in their journey towards improving their health. Outside of work, I enjoy being active by running, hiking and trying out new exercise classes. I also enjoy spending time with my family, playing sports and board games with my niece.
