We are a team of highly motivated instructors whose mission is to empower you to become the best version of yourself, both physically and emotionally.
We offer all-inclusive, low-impact, high-intensity workouts for everyone! No matter where you are in your fitness journey, our instructors will motivate, inspire, and educate you through every ride.
Our studio features the latest state-of-the-art IC6 Indoor Cycles. Powered by ICG and their patented Coach by Color Technology, our bikes accurately monitor and measure your progress, endurance, stamina and power.

Cycle WNY introduces you to a fully immersive experience with stunning projected road courses from around the world; from the Italian Alps to road trails in California.

At Cycle WNY, we love giving back to our community and we regularly host fundraising rides for charity as well as work with local corporations on their wellness programs.
