My experience at ILKB East Hanover has been the BEST gym experience I have ever had. I have been attending for a little over a year and have seen major improvements in my endurance, strength and overall health. The instructors at ILKB are extremely knowledgeable about the craft and truly have a genuine interest in seeing you attain your goals. If you're tired of the same old gym routine and looking for something new, exciting and energizing this is definitely the place for you.

For years I did the gym routine but never had much success. I joined ILKB in March 2016 and instantly fell in love with kickboxing. I had never done kickboxing before but the staff was wonderful, they never pressured me to go beyond what I was comfortable doing but always encourage me to push a little farther than the last class. I have noticed significant changes in myself. ILKB is truly a family, staff and members, and I feel that everyone is truly wanting me to succeed. I have been coming to the gym in East Hanover for over a year now! It was truly the best decision I have ever made to start. The trainers are not only skilled, but also so motivating and really help you and push you to achieve your best! I have been coming to ILKB since March and it’s been the best decision I have made about my fitness journey. At first I was hesitant and would come only once a week but now I come almost everyday and hate missing a class because it is the best stress reliever I have from those bad days at work. The instructors make you feel comfortable like you are a part of a family. I have more confidence about myself than I have had in the past, I can’t thank them enough for that! It’s a fun, friendly environment with a great workout, and they always encourage you to push yourself to be a better you.

I've done cardio kickboxing off and on for weeks. I love it and it works every muscle. I'm currently going to I love Kickboxing in East Hanover, NJ and really like it. Their instructors are fun and helpful. Kickboxing is great for toning and it works wonders! I feel empowered and strong. I have used this in the past, and it has worked very well. I've never been in better shape.

Best defense against stress Before my first class, I was nervous and afraid that I might not be able to cope the intense workout. But when I started it, I got hooked and always excited to go to the class! So addictive! The staff are all awesome and very accommodating! The instructors are knowledgeable, motivating, supportive, and always willing to help! Kickboxing really helps relieve my stress! Love this place! It's now, my "second home and family"! The staff here are amazing, they are all so supportive and always willing to help you with anything. They are dedicated instructors and really motivate you.
