Junior is a restaurant on Dickerson Pike in East Nashville, minutes from downtown and Broadway, built around Basque style open flame grilling. Chef and owner Philip Krajeck cooks over live fire, refined through French technique and built on seasonal ingredients from local farmers and fishmongers. The room is small and quiet, made for date nights, weekend dinners and evenings you want to remember rather than shout over. Dinner Wednesday through Sunday, with a full bar, an evolving wine list, and a free parking lot on site.
