The staff at ILoveKickboxing Eastchester have completely changed the way I look at fitness. Been a member for several months now, and it’s like a family there, in the best possible way. They’re supportive every step of the way, and there to push me to be my best, just when I think I’m too exhausted to do one more burpee. The classes are amazing, and I actually look forward to working out now! Great place, great people, great workouts. Couldn’t ask for better!

ILKB Eastchester is great! It has become a second home for me. Everyone treats you like family. It has a great staff of highly energetic trainers who help push you way beyond the limits you set for yourself. The staff is positive and very knowledgeable. If you are unsure, they have a great Groupon deal (which is how I got started). Now I am hooked! I pay for them to kick my butt and I love it! I am already seeing results.

I am so glad I joined ILoveKickboxing. The staff is amazing! They are all extremely friendly and motivating. When I joined I had no previous kickboxing experience and they really go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and doing the moves correctly. For once, I actually look forward to working out. Can’t recommend it enough!

I can't say enough good things about iLoveKickboxing!! The staff is absolutely amazing and very motivating - I know that when I go to class not only am I going to have a great workout, but I am going to leave looking forward to my next class!! The workouts are intense, but 100% worth it!!
