Johnny’s The Play…The Production is a mindset we created to establish the framework for communicating to the cast members (as the staff is known) how we perform in the presence of guests. It is an integral part of the day-to-day operation of the restaurants. We start our day with “SHOW TIME” modeled after a Broadway production. Our goal is for every guest to give us a standing ovation at the end of their dining experience.
