Evergreen Nursing & Rehabilitation Center was established in 1974 by a group of civil-minded individuals with a desire to set a standard of excellence in skilled nursing services and long-term care. Since that time Evergreen Nursing & Rehabilitation has continued to meet the needs of the community by providing quality long and short term care. We now offer private short-term Medicare suites. Evergreen continues to meet the needs of the community, and exceed the expectations of those we serve.
