Action Health Clinic is a fast and convenient urgent care in El Cerrito. We provide multiple services across all of our locations, from treating illnesses, performing health screenings, vaccinations and physical exams. Walk-ins are welcome and no appointments are necessary. We are located inside Safeway near the pharmacy.
