Dr. Lucas Asfeld, OD, is a full-scope optometrist in Elk River, MN. Dr. Asfeld completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Minnesota Duluth. He then relocated to Forest Grove, Oregon where he obtained his Doctor of Optometry degree at Pacific University College of Optometry. While in training, Dr. Asfeld completed rotations including the Mayo Clinic in Albert Lea, Minnesota, and the Yukon-Kuskokwim Delta Regional Hospital in Bethel, Alaska. He also trained at rotations specializing in primary eye care, dry eye, refractive surgery, low vision, and ocular disease. Since graduation, he has gained extensive experience in a refractive surgery setting working closely with corneal specialists and refractive surgeons.
