Dr. Falcon received his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in the West Indies and completed his obstetrics and gynecology residency at St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital in Puerto Rico.

As Chief Resident, he taught obstetrics and gynecology to medical students and nurses. Dr. Falcon is a member of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists.
