We are a specialty and smoked meat purveyor, developing an artisan touch to old-world craft meats. For 25 years, Scott has been perfecting smoked summer sausage, then one day his family said; “STOP! Don’t change a thing, that’s perfect!”.
We custom cut and wrap domestic animals and process wild game. But, our forte and true passion, is artisan smoked meats!
