As owner of B2B Investment Properties LLC, Brigette Bell brings over 30 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in investment properties, corporate real estate, appraisal and brokerage. Her uniquely diverse background provides valuable real-world perspective and insight into real estate opportunities.
Brigette started her commercial real estate career as an associate appraiser in Denver, Colorado. In 1986, she joined the Grubb & Ellis Denver office as an office-leasing broker. In 1990, she joined First Chicago Bank as Vice President responsible for real estate transactions in its retail banking operations.
Brigette also spent 15 years serving corporate clients' real estate needs at Cushman & Wakefield in Chicago as well as other national real estate firms. At C&W she played a key role in expanding C&W's outsourced relationships to 170 accounts worldwide through innovation, standardization and performance-based models aimed at enhancing the real estate service delivery process.
In recent years, Brigette worked for Sage Commercial Advisory appraising commercial properties which including vacant commercial land and single- and multi-tenant retail properties.
Additionally, Ms. Bell has personally acquired and managed investment properties including single- and multi-family, retail single-tenant, and vacant land.
