Nurse Mara has experience working in top level acute and chronic traditional Western Medical institutions as well as continuing studies in eastern culture and wellness (herbalism, ayurveda, meditation). Currently she is earning her certifications in Sound Healing through Life Changing Energy and has completed Level 1 and Level 2 certification. She completed her nursing studies at Northeastern University with a major in Nursing and minor in Health Science. She is also a 200hr RYT with LilaFlow Yoga through Yoga Alliance.
Offerings include restorative yoga, yin yoga, yoga nidra, 1:1 consultations, sound bath, meditations, and special events.
