We understand that conflict is a normal part of everyday life and the Columbia Basin Dispute Resolution Center is ready to help you successfully deal with those conflicts. Our services are here to support families, individuals, businesses and organizations, as well as education and training programs in mediation and conflict resolution.

Mediation is one way that people can resolve their conflicts and maintain or improve the quality of the relationship with the other people involved. The most important reason to mediate is that instead of a third party whom you cannot control, such as a judge or arbitrator, deciding your case, you will have a dispute resolution that is satisfactory to you. Our mediation services are voluntary, confidential, and affordable. Our mediation fees are based on a sliding fee scale, and no one is turned away because of low income.
