Being active years ago and now trying to get back into a groove has been a harder task the older I get; trying to find the motivation to it the gym after a long day of work can be tough. But recently I joined ilovekickboxing gym in Escondido and couldn’t more stoked to workout. Is not a typical gym session, they have a great up warm up that gets your cardio going, then we do intense rounds of bag rounds. The instructor are awesome all so motivated and inspiring. The constant encouragement to push through a set keeps me attending, sometimes even two classes back to back. Ilovekickboxing is a great healthy environment with a great network of friends! The staff are amazing and they make the workout extremely fun. the studio is clean and getting to know others members are a plus
