Performance Maintenance, Inc. (PMI) is a family-owned janitorial service and supply company with an emphasis on sustainability. We provide Janitorial, Restaurant, Home Improvement, Cleaning & Concession Supplies. Owners Celina and Eric Quintana as well as their sons, Eric Jr., Daven, and niece Rossana Henriquez are involved in all operations of the business. PMI was established in 1994 as a small business with two employees and has since grown to a company that employs 160 employees with maintenance and supply contracts throughout New Mexico.
