Online therapy is the delivery of mental health counseling using therapeutic interventions via the Internet. It has been found by the American Psychological Association (APA) online counseling can be as effective as face to face. it is offered through video, phone, text, or email.
It is evidence based, affordable ($60-$90/hr), accessible, time saving, private, anonymous, secure and confidential.
