ilkb is a fun and fresh way to exercise! great full body workouts with different moves to keep things interesting. the instructors are super motivating and the music only makes the experience better. punching and kicking the bags are a great stress reliever after a long day of work!!

i have belonged to many gyms and tried many exercise programs with varying results and motivation, but there is truly nothing like the passion, drive, enthusiasm, and just plain fun you experience at ilkb-exton. the trainers greet every one of us as we walk through that door with a genuine smile and exuberance that make you glad you came. no matter how hard your day was and what clouds are hanging over you, its instant sunshine when you walk into ilkb-exton. there’s no judgment, there’s no “one-upping” each other, there’s no side-eye… the members and staff alike are so supportive and friendly and encouraging. no goal is unattainable. think you need to work out for hours and hours to see results? this one hour work out will have your heart rate pumping, your muscles screaming and your endorphins flowing! you will see results. you will feel stronger, less stressed, and happier walking out that door than you did walking in. i say it every time, “i’m so glad i came and so proud to have completed a killer workout”. where else can you punch and kick all that stress away and bond with some truly inspiring fitness buddies, each on our own journey with our own motivations and our own markers for success. it’s amazing! i have never been a “gym-rat” until now because i found the right gym for me… ilovekickboxing – exton rocks!

when i look for a gym with classes i expect consistency and a variety all at once. at ilkb-exton i get both with great trainers who have wonderful energy all the time and understand the difficulties that we may face when it comes to working out. i always feel like i am at home when i come to work out (especially since no shoes are required!). i have found my tribe!

i am so happy that i re-started my fitness journey with ilovekickboxing in exton. the instructors are so supportive and motivating. they push you to be your best and truly want you to succeed in reaching your goals. i usually get bored with at home workouts and give up after a few weeks, but this experience is so amazing…. i attend class every day and i want to go to class! i already see inches gone from my waist and my legs and arms are more toned. i’ve had two children and my biggest insecurity with my body was the stretching on my stomach area, but now with ilovekickboxing, i see my skin getting tighter after only a few months. the classes are so much fun and i feel so strong. i feel so confident now and i love all the positivity that i get from the instructors and the members. i highly recommend ilovekickboxing!

ilovekickboxing is awesome! it is a great workout, with awesome instructors, and the place is really clean. i have been kickboxing for about 6 weeks and i have lost 20 pounds and two pant sizes. i highly recommend giving it a try!
