One of the oldest contracting companies in Western Pennsylvania, Fairchance Construction Company is located in southwestern Pennsylvania about 50 miles south of Pittsburgh. The family owned and operated company was founded in 1916. A fourth generation ownership, today Fairchance Construction still holds to the founding principles of delivering their customers with the highest quality construction in a timely and safe manner within budget.
From hotels to apartment complexes to auto dealerships, through the years Fairchance Construction has been involved in a variety of projects throughout the United States. Currently, the company is licensed in numerous states on the east coast, including Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Maryland, Ohio and Indiana.
