i used to hate working out, until i started at ilkb! it is such a fun workout that really kicks my butt. no matter who the instructor is or when i go, i always have a blast and leave knowing i had an amazing workout. all of the instructors are amazing and i am so glad i joined.

absolutely love this place. hooked after just two classes. best workout i've had in years. instructors work you hard but you leave feeling exhilarated and exhausted.

i was looking for something to get me motivated to work out again, and i definitely found it! the classes are fun, high energy, and in a positive atmosphere. i really appreciated how you can take things at your own pace: tone it down if you need to or push it to the next level if you want to challenge yourself. this class is definitely a full-body workout, with an awesome balance of fat burning exercises and toning work with the bag and partners. plus, you feel so good after that you don't want to mess it up with eating poorly! i can't wait to see my results from these classes long term.

at first i was unsure about joining any gym or workout that cost more than $20 as it seemed unnecessary. and let’s face it as a new professional just beginning to work after the completion of a master's degree you aren't exactly rolling in the dough. but i have found ilkb fairport to not only be a great and fun work out but also a supportive community. as an art therapist i find this to be such a great form of self-care giving me a place to sweat off the stress of work. the coaches are supportive and upbeat and never hesitate to reach out to you when you are not there for a while to get you re-motivated. i was also amazed how willing they were to work with me when i let them know that i was going through the process of divorce and money was tight. this was such a needed support when life was so stressful for me.

this brand new facility is beautiful and you're greeted by the smiling faces of the awesome and friendly staff who all take the time to introduce themselves and get to know everyone's names. i absolutely love the classses because the instructors break down each bag round and walk around to ensure that you're using proper form and technique, while motivating you to work hard and remember your goals. the members are all friendly and we're just one big happy fit fam!
