She has been in the beauty business for almost 20 years and has worked in high-end salons ranging from Coeur d’Alene, Idaho to Vail, Colorado, and currently Pennsylvania. Her love of the industry is what drives her passion and keeps her clients returning year after year. Noelle has trained in precision cutting and specializes in creating a custom look for each of her clients. Her love of color stems from her love of painting. She will custom blend, design and create a color/cut that will bring out your best features. Noelle continues to train plus stay up to date on the latest beauty trends.
