I know this is long, but PLEASE READ! Their product does not work (at the very least, for our property) and you get stuck into a contract that they give you "such a great deal" on (it's because you'll owe them if you cancel). You end up either paying a large chunk to cancel when their products ultimately do not hold up to their claims, or have to continue paying monthly until the contract is up. Either way, it feels kind of like a scam. I am convinced that their large amount of positive reviews are due to the technicians asking for you to give them a good review so they get a monetary bonus! Their technicians are pretty great though, their products just don't work for us. (However, if you're not paying your employees enough to begin with that they have to beg to get a review, that's beyond messed up!!) I started using Insight Pest Solutions in July of 2021.
