Wendy Hull is a board-certified gerontological nurse practitioner with more than 15 years of experience caring for older adults. She earned her advanced nursing education from the University of Texas Medical Branch and is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Wendy's passion for healthcare was inspired by her mother, who served as a director within a hospital system and demonstrated the impact compassionate leadership can have on patients and their families. Today, Wendy brings that same spirit of service to every patient interaction. She believes in a holistic approach to care that considers the mind, body, and spirit. Wendy is passionate about building meaningful relationships with her patients, taking the time to listen to their concerns, hear their stories, and ensure they feel truly heard and understood. She strives to create a welcoming environment where patients can openly discuss their health, and she often uses humor when appropriate to help ease frustration and make visits more comfortable. Wendy finds great fulfillment in being present with her patients and considers it a privilege to be part of their healthcare journey. In her free time, she enjoys singing, writing lyrics, performing and listening to music, reading, hiking, and swimming. She is also actively involved in her community through volunteer work with the Alzheimer's Association and by supporting local hurricane shelter efforts.
