Linda Norton Prescott is a Mortgage Advisor. Linda has been in the financial industry since 1990, she is well-trained in residential financing, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Jumbo, FHA, VA, USDA and Construction Loans. She enjoys helping Members finance their own home. She also spends time educating Members on how to build higher credit scores and spend/use credit wisely.
Linda earned a bachelor’s degree in Management with a concentration in Finance from the University of North Carolina in Asheville. Additionally, she has taken many courses in residential lending.
She and her husband, Ron, reside in Hendersonville, North Carolina and they have three grand children to spoil. Her hobbies include reading, cooking, hiking and growing an herb garden.
