Our main office is located at 421 West College Street in Florence where we provide sick and well child care. Our in office laboratory and radiology services are also located here. Our Well Child Center is located at 1605 Mockingbird Court off Darby Drive where we provide well care only. Our providers admit to and see newborns at Eliza Coffee Memorial Hospital. It has always been our mission to provide a comprehensive medical home to children in our community.
