The Therapeutic Yoga Center is committed to providing an integrated approach to health. We believe individuals are made up of mind, body, and spirit. Our goals are to provide classes and individual appointments that meet the client's needs. To accomplish this, we will provide our clients with quality, personalized services that improve their feeling of well-being and overall physical and emotional health.
Our regular classes include Gentle Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga, Core Fusion, and Dance Groove. Our Therapeutic classes include General Therapeutic, Prenatal Yoga, Yoga for a Healthy Back, Yoga for Arthritis, and Chair Yoga.
A Psychologist, certified in yoga therapy, is available to address issues in chronic pain/illness, depression, anxiety, and stress.
