Tortilla Marissa's is a restaurtant concept that was created just for the people of Northern Colorado. Our intention is to serve you the finest in "North Of The Border" style Southwestern and Mexican foods at reasonable prices. We use only the freshest ingredients and prepare all meals as you order them. Our sauces and chips are prepared fresh daily. We use no lard or artificial ingredients, and we use only cholesterol-free pure vegetable oil for frying. We have many vegetarian options available. Our mission is to provide such a great dining experience for you that you'll want to come back often and tell all your friends how good we are.
