As a third generation South Floridian, Scott has extensive knowledge of Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and the surrounding areas. Scott graduated from the University of Florida in 2008 with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and a Minor in Business Administration with emphasis in real estate. He managed construction projects such as the award winning GSA Design Excellence Program's FBI Field Office in Miramar, The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort & Spa, ARES I Rocket Mobile Launcher Platform at NASA's Kennedy Space Center, luxury condos in Brickell and Downtown Miami, solar farm developments around the world, Miami International Airport, and Orlando International Airport. From pouring concrete to managing multi-million dollar projects, Scott quickly gained experience in an intense, fast-paced environment. In addition to serving clients in real estate transactions, he continues to consult construction companies and manages his personal real estate investment portfolio.
