In 1997, Sun Sports Cycle & Watercraft, Inc. acquired Ft. Myers Cycle, a Honda®, Suzuki, and Yamaha dealership. The store was expanded to 17,500 square feet and the interior was remodeled. The business went from 5 employees to 30 overnight. Sun Sports Cycle & Watercraft, Inc. is now a dealer for Benelli®, Can-Am®, Honda®, Kawasaki®, Polaris®, Sea-Doo®, SSR®, Suzuki®, and Yamaha®.
