I follow an unbiased, supportive, and relationship-based therapeutic approach with direct client-focused interventions. If you are struggling to find understanding in life's challenges, I will do what I can to help you navigate your way through. My friends would describe me as a lifelong student. I enjoy reading, exercising, horticulture, and learning new things. My office is filled with stimulating objects, including over one hundred different live plants. After work, my main focus is my family. I spend as much time as possible with my wife and three children and our miniature schnauzer, Ted. When I have a moment, I love to consume literature.
