i love this hotel because the room was so clean and big. the bathroom was so clean and smells nice. the view from the above was scenic. the staves were very approachable and friendly. the pool was clean and warm. i love their outdoor jacuzzi. it gave me a great relaxation. overall it was an outstanding and amazing experience.

Before the stay, we called this hotel's customer service for our reservations. We wanted two rooms for five nights. The transaction was really easy! Frankie was very accommodating and gave us an awesome rate! I would definitely book reservations next time. It was such a difference! It is very worth it! Thank you to all the staff members for welcoming us!

The hotel was conveniently located downtown, the room was spacious, with very soft bedding. In particular, our concierge who checked us in was outstanding! He was very professional, warm, and even gave us complimentary late check out as we were celebrating an anniversary! Everything was clean and comfortable in the rooms. I know we will return next time.

It was a graceful holiday spent with my kids and my relatives. The place was nice and worth the money. A five-stars satisfaction rating all the way for this hotel. I am deeply impressed by how they handled the service correctly with no hassles at all. An accommodating staff liked Mark and Lee was a huge help as well. Great!

This hotel is very good and recommended to me. The location is very central and close to where you can find a number of bars and restaurants. The overall impression of the hotel is great. The entrance area is lovely and comfortable with permanent fresh water for the guests. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. There's no complaint I've got about this hotel. I strongly recommend that you stay here!

This hotel is a 10 out of 10! The service is amazing, room service is fast, the view is great, and the staff are so kind. For example, I had unexpectedly prolonged my stay in this country, and the staff was super friendly with letting me stock my bags a bit longer. The flexibility level of this hotel is on point making it very nice to stay there.

We had an awesome stay at this hotel! Everyone was pleasant and helpful from the security to the concierge, the receptionists, housekeeping, and restaurant staff. Everyone made us feel so welcome. Our room was also clean, bed and pillows are so comfortable. I will surely come back and recommend the hotel to all our family and friends.
