Fit-Time for Women has been independently owned and operated since 1999. We are not a large, corporate gym. We are a local, small-town studio where we all become friends and motivational partners. Our goal is to provide a variety of fitness classes, personal training, and amenities in a welcoming and non-judgmental studio.
