the franklin square location is great! i only started about 2 months ago roughly and i already feel the difference in my body. i am more energized, have more strength, and i feel like each day i can do more and challenge myself to o better. the staff are so friendly and very helpful. it’s such a great workout and always looking forward to coming to class!

my husband and i joined ilovekickboxing a few months ago an we love it. it’s a great workout and lots of fun. the staff is very encouraging and supportive. they make it so want to keep coming back. come give it a try you’ll love it.

i love kickboxing franklin square is such an incredible place! the staff are some of the best fitness instructors i have ever worked with. everyone there even the members are so fun and welcoming! the workout is super fun and also so rewarding. in just one month i have lost 13 pounds, gained so much more energy, and have had the motivation to improve my diet and overall heath. highly recommend for anyone who wants to lose weight, get in better shape or just have a fun, incredible workout!

ilovekickboxing franklin square is an amazing place! the instructors are awesome and really motivate you to be the best you can be. classes are fun, energetic and the highlight of my week. i've been trying to get into a workout routine that i actually enjoy, and now i can most definitely say i love kickboxing. i'm feeling great, more confident, and that's all thanks to the square!!

i've been a member of ilovekickboxing since october 2017 and i can sincerely say that i love kickboxing!! i used to have a gym membership but i cancelled because i never felt motivated to go as much as i do with ilovekickboxing. it is a complete body workout, and am very happy and proud with the results i'm seeing with my body. the staff at ilovekickboxing franklin square are awesome!!! they are always motivating member to do our best and to go above and beyond. after a long day at work, i'm always looking forward to go kick some bags and enjoy the workout!!

i was so nervous before taking my first class at ilkb franklin square but since starting it’s has been amazing! i hadn’t worked out in over a year and a half. no physical activity at all and now i’ve been attending classes for over a month and i am feeling better then i have in a long time. the instructors are so motivating, helpful, upbeat and patient. if it weren’t for there amazing attitudes i wouldn’t have gone back. so far i’ve lost 10 pounds and i’m so excited to keep kicking down my goals. #ilkbfranklinsquare #ilkbatthesquare #motivation #dedication #hittinggoals

hello! i have been part of the ilkb for a year and i looooove it! during the years i have been subscribed to plenty of gyms, and i never found myself being motivated to go. i used to see working out as just something that i had to do but that i never enjoyed. since i started ilovekickboxing i have seen so many differences: in one year i have lost 20 pounds, i feel more strong and i have so much more energy. the instructors are very prepared and they are always very proactive in helping you improve yourself. not only that, they make you feel like part of a family! i love the energy every time i walk in and every time they make me feel so motivated to go and to push my limits!

i have been looking for the type of workout that not only challenges me, but helps me reach my fitness goals. ilovekickboxing in franklin square has done just that and it’s a lot of fun! the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable in what they are doing and helped motivate me throughout the workout. i just started here and can’t wait to improve and see where this journey takes me!

so i'm the kind of person who doesn't usually enjoy working out (who does?!). i've been looking for a workout that will motivate me to keep working out, something i love and can devote myself to in full. i've tried different classes, different types of workouts, cycling classes, the whole nine yards. never once have i found something that made me want to continue working out... until i came to ilkb franklin square. this group of people puts their hearts into working out. they care if you reach or don't reach your goals. they want you to share your progress. this isn't just a job for them. this is a lifestyle. beyond the workers, the other members are incredible. i've never seen so much encouragement between people working out together. it's a family here and i would recommend everyone try it at least once. you'll keep coming back, i guarantee you.
