Heather is moving to Franklin from California and when this gem came on the market I knew it would be a home that wouldn't last long! I showed her the home on FaceTime, we wrote an offer, got an accepted contract, worked through inspections and appraisals and then today, at our walk-through, Heather finally saw her new home in person! Needless to say... she is in love with it and cannot wait to make it hers!

Closing day! What a way to kick off November! Maddie and Cody recently moved here from Nebraska and we found them the perfect home in Franklin, TN. Minutes from the adorable downtown center and close to everything else - this home and its location is ideal for them as they learn to love their new town! Thank you Cody & Maddie for letting me help you find your new home!
Marsha and Steve moved to Nashville on a whim in 2013. We found them a charming, small house in Thompsons Station and they quickly learned that the greater Nashville area is a slice of heaven....so they spread the word!
Soon after, Steve's brother and wife moved to Williamson County. A couple of years later Marsha's mother moved to the area! Then Steve's nephew and wife moved to Williamson County! Steve and Marsha's two sons moved to Thompsons Station once they graduated from college! And most recently Steve's sister moved to Williamson County!
Now that Steve and Marsha have most of their family here they needed a bigger house to entertain everyone in!!!!! I am always excited when people fall in love with my city! And I am eternally grateful when they continue to refer my services to their friends and family!

This past weekend I attended an award ceremony for realtors in the @WilliamsonCountyAssocationofREALTORS honoring excellence in 2018. Yours truly won a Silver Award for selling over $5,000,000 in 2018! My new company, Kerr & Co Realty (@chipkerrbroker), was very well represented! We had 73% of our company make the minimum requirements and had representation in the Bronze, Silver, Gold and Titanium categories!
