J. Scott Boswell, M.D. is board certified in dermatology. He practices general medical and surgical dermatology. He attended Bullard High School here in Fresno and graduated cum laude from Brigham Young University in Provo, UT with a degree in Microbiology before attending Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, LA. He completed his internship at UCSF Fresno before concluding his dermatology residency in Dallas, TX at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, where he served as chief resident his final year. He has developed a reputation for handling patients with complex medical dermatologic problems such as severe psoriasis, blistering diseases, and autoimmune skin conditions.
