Our collaborative team creates a comprehensive care plan custom tailored to each resident’s needs. Caregivers at White Pine utilize the care plan as a day to day guide on how to ensure each resident’s unique needs and wants are met. Consistent communication amongst our team serves as a tool to ensure seamless delivery of care occurs and outcomes are reached.

At White Pine Advanced Assisted Living and Memory Care and all of our other locations, our residents enjoy their time doing lots of crafts including Hawaiian themed crafts! They made tiki necklaces and learned many new facts. Fresh pineapple and hula water bottles were also given to them!

We enjoyed our Independence Day playing bingo and eating sugar cookies with lemonade at White Pine Advanced Assisted Living and Memory Care!

We were able to have our Sunshine Learning Center friends come and put together a Patriotic Parade for our residents at White Pine Advanced Assisted Living and Memory Care!

On the Fourth of July, our residents enjoyed a parade thrown by Sunshine Learning Center friends!
