Dr. Smith is a fourth-generation central Ohio Plastic Surgeon. After graduating from The Columbus Academy, he studied Architecture at the University of Pennsylvania. During his time in Philadelphia, he focused on studying the concepts and practice of design, and received a minor in Art History.
After graduating summa cum laude from The Ohio State University College of Medicine in 2001, he served as Chapter President of the AOA Medical Honor Society. Following a one-year surgical internship at Mt. Carmel Health in Columbus, Ohio, Dr. Smith completed an Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery residency at The Ohio State University College of Medicine where he received the Medical Director’s Citizenship Award.
