Taylor Care is a partial care program, it is geared to individuals who either: are transitioning from hospital to the community; have a recurring history of crisis or hospitalization; have chronic disabilities that compromise functioning; have co-occurring mental health conditions; or are struggling with substance abuse. Located in Galloway New Jersey near Atlantic City our Acute Partial Care program is second to none. We do have a psyciatrist on staff and appointments are available. You may be able to qualify for the program free of charge along with free transportation.
