Pacific Transportation Credit Union (PacTrans) is now a division of Credit Union of Southern California (CU SoCal). We're a full-service financial institution providing access to a wide range of personal banking services, but different than a traditional bank. Membership is open to anyone who lives, works, attends religions services or school in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, or San Bernardino County.
