Kiwi Glass, Inc. was established in 1996 and started as a small family handyman business, building and repairing screens in our tiny garage. When faced with finding quality daycare for our newborn daughter after maternity leave, we realized our options were extremely limited. Having a home based business was the answer to our prayers. While my husband worked a full-time job during the day, I would build/repair screens between baby nap times. We quickly gained customers and requests for larger jobs so the contractor licensing process began. I am a 3rd generation contractor in Clatsop County plus my husband had construction and glass experience. He is the Kiwi in the Kiwi Glass, Inc. and I was born and raised in Seaside, Oregon, a true local!
