I am a professional working woman, and was struggling with my health and felt tired most of the day, by the evening i used to get very exausted, but Promet's personal training sessions changed my lifestyle, not only I can easily work for long hours now, I feel more confident and find myself to be very active now. I still remember feeling very reluctant towards exercising my body everyday, but Dr. Ryan was there like an anchor at every step, whenever I lost motivation I saw him making me believe that I can do it. Thank you Dr. Ryan for giving me a more active life and restoring my lost energy.
