Warren Brandle, MD, MS, FAAFP, and Anita Makowski, PA-C provide comprehensive, individualized, high-quality, and up-to-date medical care to people of all ages in a spotless and modern environment. For your convenience Gold River Family Medicine accepts most medical insurance plans. We are a proud member of Hill Physicians Medical Group. We offer same day appointments for acute illnesses and injuries.

We are proud to offer the best primary care possible to all of our valued patients. Our medical practice was established because we enjoy the autonomy of being a solo family physician and physician assistant team who develop long-term, highly personal relationships with all who come through our door.

Dr Brandle received his Medical Degree from the UC Davis School of Medicine in 1985 and completed his residency in Family Medicine at UC Davis Medical Center in 1988. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is an Associate Clinical Professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine, School of Medicine, UC Davis. He is the President of the Sacramento-El Dorado County Chapter of the California Academy of Family Physicians. He has special skills and interests in providing comprehensive health care to people of all ages and is a national speaker on vaccine preventable infectious diseases.

Anita Makowski, PA-C, recieved her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Ithaca College in 1997. She received her Master of Science degree from Boston College in 2000 and completed her Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Iowa in 2005. She has special skills and interests in providing comprehensive health care to women and children.
