He completed his medical degree at Creighton University in Nebraska, where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of California at Davis. Dr. Friermood no longer performs orthopedic surgery but has 30 years of experience in diagnosing complex orthopedic problems. He also evaluates and treats acute orthopedic problems.
