Simons Say's Construction LLC was a great choice for our project. Joey and some of his crew came to our house to visit the job. They took some measurements and left. They gave us a free estimate which was much cheaper than any other estimates we received. They were great at giving us a reasonable price with a clear cost breakdown, getting a city permit, and the demolition, installation in all trades was done quickly, on time and very professional. They were also able to finish the job on time with no delay whatsoever.
No complaints or regrets. They did what they said they would and what they signed in their contract.

Definitely recommend this Simons Say's Construction LLC! The thought of remodeling my home was stressful but with the help of the team, they definitely took the stress of my shoulders and took care of everything.
My restroom and kitchen came out beautiful! They assured me anything I didn't like they would come and fix.
