all bike shops in the area were quoting a month turn around for a simple tune up, i called andrew and he was at our place the next day, was on time, professional, knowledgeable, incredibly efficient, didn't try to sell us stuff we didn't need, and very reasonably priced. we will be happily using him for any bike services going forward!
