The Grand Junction Colorado Temple open house will be held 11 September through 27 September 2025. Following the open house, it will be dedicated Sunday, 19 October 2025. The temple was announced by Pres. Russell M. Nelson on 4 April 2021, joining two other temples in operation in the state. A groundbreaking ceremony was held on 16 April 2022. Plans call for a single-story temple of 25,000 square feet.
