Born and raised in La Grande, Oregon, Meghan lived several years in Tacoma, Washington before moving to Colorado. She received an undergraduate degree in nursing from Colorado Mountain College and a master’s in nursing from the University of South Alabama. Meghan’s clinical interests include the complexities of cardiac patients. She is passionate about being active, self-care and patient education/empowerment.“It is not a healthcare provider's responsibility to make their patients healthier but rather their privilege to empower and support their patients to live their fullest and happiest life.”When not working, Meghan enjoys climbing, hiking, yoga, camping and almost any excuse to get outside. While her outdoor lifestyle is not as avid as it used to be, Meghan takes the time to enjoy the little outings she does get and share her passion for nature with her two kids. Her husband, a Grand Junction native, just opened up a new climbing gym. Both Meghan and her husband are excited to share their passions with the community.
